LOVE POTION COCKTAIL

2 Valentines Day themed cocktails in a week? Whaaaat? You're welcome. I'm also giving you time to get these liqueurs and spirits in your cabinet before the big day - so stock up! I'm including this cocktail in the Valentines theme because 1) It's called Love Potion 2) It uses 3 different berry flavours (yes, pomegranate can be considered a berry) which I love, and 3) it's delicious, so why not?



Ingredients
Makes 1 cocktail

2 measures/50 ml strawberry vodka
2 measures/50ml Chambord Black Raspberry liqueur
Pomegranate juice
Strawberries, for garnish

Method

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine your strawberry vodka and Chambord.

Place the lid on tightly and shake until a frost forms on the outside of the shaker.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass and top up with pomegranate juice.

Garnish with your strawberries and serve.
*Tip. To add an extra subtle twist, you can cut the strawberries into hearts
